Most insurances are designed for “Medically Necessary” treatments.  We will evaluate your need for care and discuss your insurance coverage questions usually within the first or second visits.  Usually what most people find out in our office, is that our fees are comparable to their insurance copays, while allowing us to perform more on their visits than what is “medically necessary” in the insurance companies eyes.



An increasing number of patients do not have insurance, or have plans with limited coverage, such as catastrophic policies. We realize that no one wants to build up a large bill. Therefore, we have several plans so those patients may receive complete care without undue financial difficulty. Of course we are always happy to accept cash, your personal check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover cards, and HSA’s (health savings accounts) and FSA’s (flexible saving accounts).  We offer per visit fees, prepayment discounts and payment plans.

Personal Injury or Automobile Accidents

We make this process as easy as possible as we realize you want to feel better quickly after accidents.  Although you are ultimately responsible for your bill, we will wait for settlement of your claim for up to six months after your care is completed.  Once the claim is settled or if you suspend or terminate care, any fees for services are due immediately.
